2011

Telit acquired Motorola's M2M module business unit to strengthen its wireless communication product line.

Titan Invo Tech. (00872.HK) acquired Telit's automotive business, and TITAN became its subsidiary company.

2014

Telit acquired the NXP Automotive Telematics Onboard unit Platform, formed an automotive telematics BU.
